Our Return Policy
Every Scentarium fragrance is layered by hand for you at the time of your order, in small batches rather than mass-produced. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
It's a policy we're genuinely comfortable with: our customers rarely ask to return a fragrance they've chosen carefully, and we'd rather put that care into getting it right for you the first time than into processing returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you in full. This is the one case our policy always covers, no conditions attached.
Not Sure Which Scent to Pick?
This is exactly why we sell 10ml testing sizes. Try a fragrance on your own skin over a few days before committing to a full bottle, no guesswork, no need to return anything.
