All orders are subject to acceptance. Scentarium reserves the right to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards through our payment gateway partners.
11. Returns & Refunds
Every Scentarium fragrance is prepared to order in small batches, and as such we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. In the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer. Please see our full Returns policy for details.
