2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe our fragrances accurately, but scent perception is subjective · we encourage trying a Testing Kit sample before purchasing a full bottle.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through our payment partner. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are outlined on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier or logistical delays outside our control.

6. Quality promise & replacements

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, as detailed on our Quality Promise page. Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items will be replaced free of cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site · including the Scentarium name, logo, product names, and imagery · is the property of Scentarium Perfumery LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. User conduct

Reviews, feedback, and any content you submit must be honest and not infringe on anyone's rights. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scentarium Perfumery LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its products, beyond the value of the order in question.
